The Kirkpatrick Brothers of Dillon, Montana produced at Baton Rouge, Louisiana 2008
The Kirkpatrick Brothers first arrived at Bannack in the early 1860s and were originally part of the famous, "John Bozeman Trail". They were the first ones to establish a business house at Terminus which later became Dillon, Montana. The host of this website, Jacoby Lowney is the Great, Great, Great Grand Son of Cordelia Kirkpatrick who was the sister to James and Robert Kirkpatrick. Cordelia died at Bannock City, Montana in 1875 and her grave is the most prominent landmark atop the hill overlooking Bannack State Park today.
